Johnny Sequoyah started her career at very young age of eight at independent films. In 2013 appeared in movie Ass Backwards and then in 2014 she acted in various movies Black Eyed Dog, I Believe in Unicorns and her father Russell Friedenberg directed movie Among Ravens with her mother Heather Rae as producer. In 2015 she appeared in movie Wind Walkers which is also directed by his father. Being a daughter of film produce and director it was easy for her to get some roles in films directed by family.
She gained massive fame from the TV series Believe which established her as an actress. Recently Johnny Sequoyah have bagged role in upcoming award winning series Dexter. Apart from acting she have been actively doing modelling and joined Elite Model Management in Los Angeles.
